Direct Access to Exchange Floors

As you may be aware, futures and options are traded on regulated exchanges and that is where buy and sell orders are placed. In exchanges with open outcry trading system, orders are executed at the exchange floors by traders who represent major trading firms, brokerage houses or banks.

As we are dealing directly with exchange members, we have direct access to the floors at various exchanges. This facility is an added advantage in the sense that orders are instantly executed at better prices. You will find it highly useful, especially when placing a stop or market order in fast market conditions.

Please bear in mind that we do not deal with any intermediay brokers to place orders. We believe that such process can cause delays in executing orders resulting in bad fill prices.

Order Taking

Orders are handled by experienced dealers at our office. Dedicated telephone lines are made available throughout the day and night to take orders and place them instantly for execution.

Fill Reporting

As soon as an order is executed at the floor, we will be notified about the fill by floor clerks of the exchanges. You will be then informed about the fill price.
